This is by far the best pumpkin bread recipe I’ve ever created! This healthy pumpkin bread is moist, low calorie, and just in time for fall. Be sure to try it out! Recipe listed below and also on Instagram @averagejoefitness01:

Ingredients:
– 120g Flour
– 31g Vanilla-Based Protein Powder
– ¼ tsp Salt
– ½ tsp Baking Soda
– ¼ tsp Baking Powder
– ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
– ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
– 91g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
– 1 cup Zero Calorie Sweetener
– 46g Liquid Egg Substitute
– 214g 100% Canned Pumpkin

Directions:
1) Combine following ingredients in bowl 1: -Flour, -Protein Powder, -Salt, -Baking Soda, -Baking Powder, -Ground Cloves, -Ground Nutmeg
2) Combine following ingredients in bowl 2: -Greek Yogurt, Sweetener, Egg Substitute, Pumpkin
3) Pour ingredients from Bowl 1 into Bowl 2 and mix until incorporated
4) Transfer batter to bread pan and smooth
5) Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 minutes, and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
