apple 55g (29 calorie )
oats 1 tbsp ( 20 calories )
unsweetened cocoa powder (12 calorie )
1/2 tsp stevia ( 0 calorie )
1/4 tsp vanilla sugar (0 calorie )
fat free milk 2 cup ( 83*2= 166 calorie )
this recipe is for 2 glass smoothie if you like thick texture then you can use 1 cup milk as well to reduce calories
total calories for 2 glass are 227 so 227/2 = 113 calorie each glass
