4 Healthy Vegan Breakfast Ideas

1. Warm Oats – Cooked with Homemade Coconut Milk, Dried Apricots and Organic apple diced. Topped with Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Sliced Almonds.

2. Toast with Organic Tomatoes and Organic Avocado. Seasoned with a small amount to salt and some pepper.

3. Banana Bread topped with peanut butter.

4. Rawnola (Loni Janes Rawnola recipe) With Fresh Mango, Frozen Wild Blueberries and Lemon Coconut Yoghurt.

These have been my go to breakfasts the past few months, all are very easy, healthy and delicious .
