Healthy and Balanced Lunch Menu for Special yet busy days.
Hi friends,
Today I am sharing a quick and easy lunch menu for simple special days. Rather than eating out or ordering food from out on special days, you can prepare this recipes in a minimal time. Quick Dhal Fry, fried chicken breast, salads, or ambarella curry, along with 1 cup of yellow rice make best combination.
Clean and healthy too.
Stay safe and much love!
For to save more time, you can marinate the chicken the previous day and refrigerate it.
I will share how to make the simple yellow rice.
Steps
1.wash 1 cup rice preferably basmati rice. Soak for 15 minutes
2.In a deep pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ghee, 2 cardomom pods, 4 cloves, small cinnamon stick. Fry for 2 minutes
3.Add 1 onions Chopped and fry till golden brown color and add some curry leaves.
4. Add soaked rice, salt 1/ 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. Fry till rice become dry
5.Add 2 cups water and boil till water reduce till the rice level
6.Finally reduce the flame to very low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Simple yet delicious yellow rice is ready!!!
