Ingredients:
multigrain flour (गेहूं का आटा ) – 2 cups (300 gms )
Spinach (पलक ) – 300 gms
Boiled potatoes (उबले हुए आलू ) -5(500 gms )
Oil (तेल ) – 3 to 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (हिंग ) – 1 pinch
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) – 1/2 tsp
Green chili(हरी मिर्च ) – 5(finely chopped )
Salt (नमक ) – 1 tsp (or to taste)
black pepper -1/2 tsp
