For chicken:
Chicken 1 lb (~500g)
Water 1 cup
Garlic-garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric (haldi) half tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp oil
Green cardamom 1
Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
For rice:
Rice (soaked for at least 30 mins) 300g
Ghee 1 tbsp
Onions-thinly sliced 1 medium
Water 600 ml
Red chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic powder 2 tsp
