Ingredients:
– Frozen Blue Berries- 1 Cup

– Yogurt/Curd – 1 Cup

– Milk – 1 Cup

– Honey 1 tsp

– Ice Cubes

Procedure
Add all ingredients in blender and blend for 2 minutes
Take out in a glass and serve
Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 serving. Multiply quantity for more servings
