Ingredients Qty Unit
Besan / Gram Flour 1 Cup
Oats 1 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Onion 1 Big
Tomato 1 Small
Green Chillis 5 Small
Bell Peppers 3 Small
(Yellow, Green and Red)
Fresh Coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
Astofida 1 Small Piece
Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt ` 1/4 Tbsp
Instructions
1. Let’s take a big mixing bowl and take 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of gram flour.
2. Add 1 cup of water and whisk smoothly for a few minutes.
3. Add astofida and salt as required .
4. Add finely chopped Green Chillies, Onion and Tri-Color Bell Peppers to the mix
5. Make sure the batter is smooth flowing consistency.
6. Heat the pan with 1 tsp Coconut Oil and brush well.
7. Pour the batter into the hot pan nicely.
8. Sprinkle the finely chopped coriander leaves on top of the omelette.
9. Allow to cook for a few minutes on medium flame and Flip over and cook the other side as well.
10. Now, your eggl-ess omelette is ready to serve with any sauce or chutney.
