Mixed Veg Puffs
Ingredients:
1 Bowl of finely chopped Cabbage,1 bowl Grated Carrot,1 finely chopped Capsicum, half bowl Green Peas(boiled in water),Paneer(80-100 gm optional), half inch of Ginger, Garlic(7-8 cloves), 5-6 Green chillies( as per taste), 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala, 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds powder,
1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds(ajwain), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 bowl wheat flour,1 bowl all purpose flour(maida), oil and salt.
Method:
1. Paste (Grind Garlic, ginger and chillies in mixer).
2. Boil Green peas in water for 5-10 minutes.
3. Two tablespoon oil Heat in Kadhai.
4. Add paste in kadhai(stir it 1-2 mins).
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
6. Add cabbage, carrots, Capsicum mix it and put lid( cook for 1-2 mins).
7. Remove the lid, mix it again and put lid(cook for 2-3 minutes).
8. Add Green peas, paneer, mix it properly and add salt( as per taste).
9. Add Coriander powder, garam masala and mix it properly(put lid cook for 3-4 minutes).
10. Add Cumin seeds powder, mix it and stuffing is ready( cool it down).
11. Make a dough of wheat flour, all purpose flour, crushed Carom seeds and pinch of salt.
12. Then take small piece of dough and roll it on rolling pad in rectangular shape.
13. Then Stuff the cooked veggies in it and make your favorite shapes.
14. Heat the oil on medium flame.
15. Fry all Puffs on medium flame.
16. Mixed Veg Puffs are ready to serve.
