Healthy Snacks Recipe | Beetroot Fingers | Easy Beetroot Snacks | Green Chutney

Beetroot has been gaining in popularity as a superfood. Recent studies claim that beets and beetroot juice can improve athletic performance, reduce blood pressure, and increase blood flow. As beet is abundant in the market now..So thought to share a new recipe with you all ♥️
If you are on the lookout for some easy beetroot snacks or vegetarian beet recipes, then you will absolutely love this beetroot fingers recipe.

Ingredients Needed-

Beetroot
Salt
Pepper
Chilli powder
Aamchur/ chaat masala / lemon juice ( any one)
Breadcrumbs
Cornflour

For Chutney- coriander leaves.. peanut..garlic 2-3 cloves..salt..lemon juice..green chilli

Procedure-

❤️Peel the beet and then cut off the edges then cut the beet into thick slices then each slice cut them into thick fingers.
❤️ Boil the fingers till 50% soft
❤️Season the fingers with chilli powder..salt..pepper..chat masala or aamchur or lime juice
❤️ Now make a cornflour slurry with 2 tablespoon cornflour and 4 tablespoon water
❤️ Take breadcrumbs..add salt and pepper
❤️ Dip the beetfinger first into cornflour and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat the process.
❤️Now fry the fingers till golden
❤️For Chutney blend all the ingredients together and serve hot
