Sharing with you guys a delicious banana bread recipe. Not just your ordinary banana bread, though, because I added something special! Dark Chocolates! Very healthy bread and specially dedicated to choco lovers out there. But because this chocolate is a bit bitter, I balanced the taste with some ordinary choco chips and raisins. So there you have it, a delicious soft banana bread!

Dry Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 TS Baking Powder
1 TS Baking Soda
1/2 TS Salt
300 – 500 Grams Peeled Ripe Bananas (I was short in bananas and only used 300 grams)
3/4 Cup Muscovado
100 Grams Dark Chocolate (I used Lindt 70%)
50 Grams Chocolate Chips
100 Grams Raisins

Wet Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Sour Cream (1/2 Cup All Purpose Cream Mixed with 2 TS Lemon Juice/vinegar)
2 Whole Eggs
2 TS Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Avocado Oil

Oven Temperature:
Preheat oven at 400F first then bake bread for 400F for 15 minutes.
Reduce it to 350F and bake for another 20 – 30 mins or until top part of bread is firm to touch.
