Ingredients:
For filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
Onion 1 small
Green chilli 3
Cook it for 5 minutes
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Red pepper ½ tsp
Capsicum 1 medium
Cabbage ½ cup
Carrots 1 small
Cook it for 5 minutes
Boiled Eggs 1
Boiled and mash potato 2 medium
Mix it well
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Flame off and bring it to cooling down
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Mix it well
For coating:
Eggs 2
Salt ¼ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
For assembling:
Bread slices 4
Spread filling on slices and coat it into eggs
Fry it on medium to low flame
