Vegan Salad Lectin Free Lifestyle Healthy Salad With Pine Nuts Dates Broccoli Slaw Beets Greens

RECIPE BELOW

If you are new to the lectin free lifestyle and need to educate yourself, i highly recommend this book (link below) by my favorite Doctor Gundry. He opened my eyes, changed my life for so much better and solved my all problems and I never met him !! Because of the results i achieved just by following him, listening his podcasts, and reading his books, i strongly believe that the lectin free lifestyle is extremely powerful. It is not a diet because you can eat so many delicious things – but unfortunately people don’t know about this. Lectins are anti nutrients, so why should we eat them?
I learned about Dr. Gundry when one day, I ate what I thought was a healthy salad at work for lunch and got so bloated. I went on youtube right away and searched “why am i bloating?”
The first video I saw was the video of Dr Gundry with a tomato in his hand, and the salad I ate that day contained tomatoes. Since that day, I eliminated lectins from my diet. The bloating and other problems disappeared. It is just truly amazing. People always question me: How can I go without eating Potatoes, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Grains? So This is why I am here to show you all of the different options and alternatives that are truly delicious. My recipes are super quick and easy – as i work full time and i am very busy individual.

this book contains a YES and NO list – explanation about lectins, great recipes, what groceries to buy, and what supplements to take.
2 years ago, when i discovered this book after reading it I started taking Vitamin D-3 5000 and B12, thanks to that book i never got sick everyone i know had corona virus but not me, so this is a very educational book and you need to act on it to see results.
