If you are new to the lectin free lifestyle and need to educate yourself, i highly recommend this book (link below) by my favorite Doctor Gundry. He opened my eyes, changed my life for so much better and solved my all problems and I never met him !! Because of the results i achieved just by following him, listening his podcasts, and reading his books, i strongly believe that the lectin free lifestyle is extremely powerful. It is not a diet because you can eat so many delicious things – but unfortunately people don’t know about this. Lectins are anti nutrients, so why should we eat them?
I learned about Dr. Gundry when one day, I ate what I thought was a healthy salad at work for lunch and got so bloated. I went on youtube right away and searched “why am i bloating?”
The first video I saw was the video of Dr Gundry with a tomato in his hand, and the salad I ate that day contained tomatoes. Since that day, I eliminated lectins from my diet. The bloating and other problems disappeared. It is just truly amazing. People always question me: How can I go without eating Potatoes, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Grains? So This is why I am here to show you all of the different options and alternatives that are truly delicious. My recipes are super quick and easy – as i work full time and i am very busy individual.
this book contains a YES and NO list – explanation about lectins, great recipes, what groceries to buy, and at the end of the book – what supplements to take.
2 years ago, when i discovered about doctor Gundry, i started listening podcasts and i watched podcast “School of Greatness” where lewis howes interviewed doctor Gundry, in that podcast Doctor Gundry suggested to take Vitamin D-3 5000 to take B12 and to consume lots of olive oil, since that day i started taking those supplements and consuming lots of olive oil… everyone i know had covid but not me, and thats because i listened to Dr Gundry!
he also mentions these supplements and others in this book “plant paradox cook book” (link Below)

About my new recipe:
Pomegranates, pistachios, arugula, red beets extra virgin olive oil – are significant high source of polyphenols – thats why i call this “Polyphenol Rich Salad” – and i added avocado as a healthy fat, fiber, magnesium, source – goat cheese delivers protein, calcium, phosphorous and copper.
I will have this salad as a staple once a week.
Polyphenol Rich Salad is my latest creation – i actually came up with it today, wile thinking what to have for lunch, 🙂 and i am proud to share my recipe not because its delicious but also because it’s very good for your gut health BECAUSE OF HIGHT CONTENTS OF POLYPHENOLS – Polyphenols feed good bacteria in your gut, helping your body to process more energy from food – Researches has found that Polyphenols improve blood vessel function, lowers markers for cardiovascular disease, balance healthy cholesterol and so much more.
What are POLYPHENOLS ? – Polyphenols are micronutrients found in certain plants and those are incredible natural energy boosters and they provide many healing options
Here is the recipe for you my dear friends:
(this salad can be Vegan just skip goat cheese)
For 1 person:
1. Mix in one bowl – 1/2 cup of organic arugula – 2 small beats or 1 medium size beat steamed or boiled
2. Season to taste with Iodized sea salt, 1 table spoon of red wine vinegar, 2 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil, mix well
3. Put seasoned arugula and beets on plate – cut half of avocado like in the video put it on the plate,
