Hey guys!! So for this week’s video I’m showing you everything I ate in a week at university (mainly online). I’ve recently gone plant-based, so I’ll be making a bunch of healthy, delicious vegan food that’s been heavily inspired by asian cuisine (korean, japanese & indian recipes).
lil disclaimer, this isn’t what I eat all the time. I try changing up my diet week to week to make sure I’m getting a variety of different fruit/veggies, and changing up my recipes so I don’t get bored 🙂 If you want another video soon lemme know!
