Best baked oatmeal recipe in 1 minute! Low calorie dessert for breakfast!
A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result!
Ingredients for 2 servings (2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):
60g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
160ml oat milk / almond milk
1 tbsp Xylitol/ Erythritol sweetener
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
Blend with food processor
Grease ramekins with coconut oil
garnish:
– Chocolate chunks / chocolate chips
– Sliced almond / chopped almond
Bake 180°C/ 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
