MALAI PANEER

Ingredients:-
Paneer cubes
Onions (as required)
Garlic cloves (as required)
A little ginger (julienne)
Green chillies (as required)
Large cardamom (as required)
Cardamoms (as required)
Peppercorns (as required)
Cashew-Charmagaj Paste (as required)
Coriander Powder (as required)
Ghee (as required)
Fresh Cream (as required)
Milk (as required)
Refined Oil (as required)
Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Procedures:-
To make gravy, take 2 crows of water in a large pot and boil onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, cardamom and cashew nuts in it. When everything is a little boiled, turn off the gas and strain it through a sieve to cool. The cardamom should be picked up. The chilled mix should be finely pasted into four mixes. Mix well with yogurt in this mixture and turn the paste once again. Heat a pot and add this mixture. Stir with a little salt and keep it covered for 10 to 12 minutes. Open the lid and make a little thick batter with a little water and milk and put the pieces of water in it. Shake well and take down cardamom powder, black pepper powder and jayitri powder one by one. Spread some milk soaked saffron and chopped coriander leaves on top and serve.
