Since Valentines day is quickly approaching, I thought to share a recipe with you guys that is very close to my heart, MY GRANDMA’S HEALTHY FUDGE RECIPE. When I was little, I enjoyed playing at her house. I was there many times and she would always make these beetroot fudge treats. It was one of my favorite treat that she made, plus, as I got older, I discovered they are healthy for you too. The nice sweet taste, the beautiful red color, and the ability to make it into any shape makes this treat perfect for Valentine’s day, or any day really. As you watch the video, take note that when
making regular fudge the base of that fudge is a ton of sugar, but when making this, the base is beetroot and coconut. There is a little sugar in this, but the amount is so low you won’t even notice. So sit back, relax, and let me show you how to make a heartfelt treat for your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS

Beetroot – 1cup
Coconut – 1 cup (packed cup)
Sugar – 1/2 to 1 cup
Heavy Cream – 1/3 cup
Ghee/butter – 1tbsp
