In This Video I Show You A Easy Meatless Protein Wrap Hack, Utilizing The Viral “TIKTOK TORTILLA WRAP” – this tortilla hack was really popular in 2021, I’m late to the PARTY, but it still works and makes a delicious, fulfilling and easy breakfast idea. I paired my protein wrap with a side of red oven roasted potatoes and sriracha mayo. I hope this video gives you guys ideas and change the perspective of plant based eating.
I am plant based and practice intuitive eating. So, what does that mean for me and my journey? I choose to consume meatless & dairy free meals. I am NOT KETO! I don’t eliminate carbs out of my diet, instead I monitor my calories, sugar and ensure that I listen to my body. I ensure that I don’t overeat, emphasis on PORTION CONTROL and MODERATION. Some days I choose to have a shake for breakfast, some days I choose to have a breakfast burrito. It is a JOURNEY! My weight loss success continues, because I am HUMAN. It’s REALISTIC. It’s REAL! – Light Life “Gimme Lean” Breakfast Sausage: 04:11
– Vegetable Broth 01:25
– Baby Red Potatoes — healthier alternatives (fruit and/or sweet potatoes)
– Olive Oil (Trader Joes Garlic Flavored Olive Oil is REALLY GOOD)
– Tortilla (Wheat and Corn Tortilla)
– Just Egg: 05:15
– Spinach
– Follow Your Heart (Vegan Feta Cheese):
– Salsa:
– Vegan Butter:
– Seasonings (Black Pepper, Paprika, Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb, Onion Powder, Thyme herbs etc.)
Sriracha Mayo: 02:54
– 1 tablespoon – Hellmann’s Vegan Mayo:
– 1/2 or 1 tablespoon of Trader Joes: Sriracha Sauce – (I bought my sauce from trader joes NOT amazon — this is just for reference)
– Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasoning (to your liking)
– 1/2 tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar –
