🍰 MUG CAKE RECIPE🍰
3/4-1 scoop Level 1 Protein:
2 tbsp. PB Fit
1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
8g SF, FF jello mix
1/4 cup (60g) almond milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You may need to add a TINY bit more liquid depending on how much protein you use. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir. Microwave again for 20 seconds. I like to leave mine a bit runny but you can add another 5-10 seconds if you’d like. Just be careful as it will get dry quick! Top with your favs.
