Ingredients:-
Boiled potato or – 1 pc
or paneer or tofu – 100g
Boiled sweet potato – 1pc
Carrot
Cucumber
Spinach leaves
Apple
Pomegranate
Almonds (soaked)
Peanuts (soaked)
For salad dressing
Fresh Coriander leaves – 1 sprig
Green chilli – 2/3pc
Capsicum – 1/2 slice
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt. – as per taste
Procedure:-
1.Peel off the soaked almonds.
2.Roughly chop fruit and vegetables keep them aside.
3.Now make a paste of green chillies, capsicum, coriander leaves to make salad dressing.
4. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients.
5. Add salt & pepper mix well and enjoy your salad.
