Breakfast 1:

Ingredients: (299 Calories)
3 Scoop Yogurt
½ Apple
5 Almonds
10 Pistachio
1 Tbsp Oats
2 Pieces of chocolate
1/4 Cup grapes
Recipe:
Chop the apple, cut almonds and pistachio. Crush the chocolate on a grater. In a bowl add yogurt over this material. Now add oats and mix.
Arrange remaining fruits and sprinkle chocolate.

1 Banana
2 Walnuts
10 Pistachio
3 Dates
2 Tbsp Crushed coconut
Recipe:
Chop the banana, walnuts, pistachio and dates. Mix walnuts and pistachio in the yogurt. Arrange remaining fruits and sprinkle the coconut.
