In this video you will see how to make a healthy pizza that tastes good. It is a low calorie (367 calories for the whole pizza) and high in protein (35 grams of protein). You can use mozzarella cheese and prosciutto like lots of regular pizza places use. The only scarifies that I am making here is the dough. But if it tastes good, is it a scarifies? I will let you decide.
I included my best pizza sauce recipe as well. Easy, quick and delish!

Ingredients
– lavash bread (one whole sheet – 64 grams)
– 1 oz (2 tbs) low calorie swiss cheese
– 1 oz (2 tbs) mozzarella cheese
– 1 oz (2 tbs – 2 slices) prosciutto
– 4 oz (100 g) mushroom (1/2 cup)
– one medium roma tomato (3 oz/90 g)
– 2 oz (56 g) onion 1/4 cup
– 2 oz (56 g) red bell pepper 1/4 cup

TOMATO SAUCE
– 12 oz san marzano style canned tomatoes
– 1/4 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp dried basil
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
cracked black pepper
