I focus on foods that have high absorption rates in the body so my mineral stores can constantly be replenished. Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup peaches
1/2 cup cherries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 T Raw honey
1 TBee Pollen
Sea Salt
2 Caps magnesium bicarbonate
Coconut milk
Collagen
1/2 cup OJ
1 C hot water
Marshmallow Recipe:
1 cup filtered water
4 T grass fed beef gelatin
3/4 to 1 cup maple syrup
1 t vanilla
*in a pan(not heated) pour in the water and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit and bloom for 5 minutes.
Turn on the heat and let gelatin dissolve in the water.
Add in maple syrup and vanilla.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and beat for 8 minutes…you want it to be thick and creamy. If it starts to get stiff, you’ve beat too long! It might not transfer well. Still tastes delicious, just misshaped and such.
Transfer immediately to a dish and refrridgerate for 3 hours!
