This Kabuli Chhole/chole kabab recipe is very easy to make.
These Protien packed white chickpea cutlets are a very healthy as chickpeas are high in fiber and protein, and contain several key vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients Used:
Boiled Chole 1 cup
sweet Potato 1 medium size
Onion 1 small
ginger & garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilly 1-2 (as per taste)
Coriander leaves Few
semolina half cup
Cooking oil/ghee 2 Tbspoon
garam masala 1tsp(contains many spices)
amchur powder 1tsp(as per taste)
Salt 1 tsp(as per taste)

Note: Add and skip spices as per your taste
