Let’s do an easy healthy meal prep! This week I’m meal prepping bowls for my husband and I! I’m doing fruit and yogurt bowls for breakfast, and for lunch, it’s Mediterranean chicken bowls. I’m putting together my DIY dinner kits and my snacks as well. Come along and cook with me!
