Healthy breakfast ideas. One of the simple breakfast choices that I stick to weekly is simple oatmeal mixed with blueberries and almond milk.

What makes us a healthy breakfast choice is that the ingredients are very few and not horrible as far as sodium or sugar.

Sunshine sprinkle cinnamon in a little sugar or sometimes just cinnamon and a couple teaspoons of honey.
