Ingredients:
1kg Chicken Thigh Mince
50g Breadcrumbs (Approx. 2 Bread Slices)
Salt To Taste (Recipe Used 1 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
2 ½ Tsp Tandoori Masala
½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Chapli Kebab Masala
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
80g Ground Onions
60g Ground Green Chillies
1 Red Chilli – Finely Chopped
2 Small Potatoes – Grated and water squeezed out
1 Large Egg
50g Gram Flour
Chopped Coriander – 1 Bowl
Oil/Water to Grease Hands
