INGREDIENTS

2 lbs salmon
1/2 cup softened butter
2 to 3 tsp Mr. Stick’s seasoning, or use your favorite salmon seasoning.
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
2 large avocados, cut up
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved and deseeded
1/2 of red onion, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbs dill, chopped

For the dressing

1 whole lemon juice
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1 Tbs honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
