Raw taco salad
1/4 c walnuts
1 carrot chopped
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1/4 c kale
1/2 tsp each chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt
Pulse Blend everything until it’s combined but still chunky. Add to bed of greens, tomato, sprouts, cucumber, lime juice.
