Oats upma is an easy and delicious breakfast/snacks recipe made with rolled oats and mixed veggies, and prepare within 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Rolled oats – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – 1tsp
Peanuts – 2tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Carrot – 1/4cup finely chopped
Beans – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Capsicum – 1/4 cup chopped
Salt to taste
Fresh coconut – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2tsp
Oil – 1tbsp
Water – 1 to 1.25 cup
