ONION DICER:

RECIPES & INGREDIENTS:
LOADED NACHOS:
Tortilla crisps, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 500g beef mince, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tin red kidney beans, 1 sachet chilli con carne mix, cheese, avocado, tomato, red onion, coriander.

GARLIC HONEY PRAWNS:
400g prawns, 6 garlic cloves, 300ml veg stock, 5tbsp sesame seed oil, 3tspn soy sauce, 3tbsp honey, 1tsp fish sauce, brocolli, rice, sesame seeds.

CREAMY CHICKEN TAGLIATELLE:
350g chicken, 500g tagliatelle, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 200ml veg stock, 200g soft cheese, Parmesan.

BACON & PESTO GNOCCI:
500g gnocchi, 8 rashes bacon, 3 garlic cloves, 100ml veg stock, lots of basil, 1 avocado, 200ml extra virgin lie oil, 30g pine nuts, Parmesan
