When you are going gluten free one of the hardest things is finding the right Gluten Free bread… and NOT going broke! lol I am NOT a baker, but have figured out it is super easy to do this in my bread machine!!! If I can do it.. YOU CAN FOR SURE! 😀
It taste AMAZING right after it is cooked with some butter and honey! But let it cool some before cutting or it can collapse some! I also make sure to toast the bread for sandwiches and when I eat it with soups or stews!!

RECIPE :
** I said 3 cups of flour in the video but its 3.5 cups**
3-1/2 cups Pamela’s Gluten-Free Bread Mix (if you use REGULAR Gluten Free flour, you will need to add 1 tsp salt, 2 tablespoons sugar)
2-1/4 tsp active dry yeast or 1 yeast packet 7g
2 large eggs
1/3 cup oil 75ML
warm water (after adding eggs and oil, fill to two cups worth of water) (16 oz or 500 MLs)
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
