INGREDIENTS FOR SWEET POTATO SALAD
Sweet potatoes 2 medium (boiled)
Fruit chaat masala/powder 1-1/2 tsp
Fresh orange juice 1 cup
Sesame seed 1/2 tsp
INGREDIENTS FOR POTATO SALAD
Mini potatoes 8 to 10 (boiled)
Potato 3 medium (boiled)
Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala/powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Dry mint leaves 1 tsp
