Baby Spinach Cheese Omelette is simple,tasty and easy breakfast recipe which is healthy and filling. Along with this fresh fruit will be good combo. As Omelette is Rich in nutrients can packed for kids lunch box or can given as breakfast .

For best results use Baby Spinach (Palak Leaves)

Ingredients for Spinach Cheese Omelette

Eggs 4
Baby Spinach 1 Bunch
Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
Pizza seasoning 1/2 Tsp
Milk 2 Tblsp
Mozzarella cheese grated 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Butter 2 Tblsp

Procedure

1) Saute finely chopped baby spinach in butter for 1 minute and keep it aside
2) In a bowl, break 2 eggs and add pizza seasoning, pepper powder, salt, milk, sauteed spinach. Beat this eggs well with fork for about 2-3 minutes.
3) Next melt butter in a iron kadai. Pour egg mixture on low flame kadai.
4) Lift and tilt them all the sides like Appam
5) Top with grated mozzarella cheese
6) Gently lift the edges of a Omelette with spatula
7) Cook for about few minutes, untill they are partially set.
8) Gently move the edges towards centre
9) Flip slowly to other side, so that uncooked egg mixture flows underneath
10) Cook for about 30 second in low flame
11) Remove the omelette with the help of two spatulas and transfer to plate immediately
12) Garnish Baby Spinach Cheese Omelette with sauted spinach and serve hot with fresh fruits
13) Total cooking time of this omelette is less than 10 minutes (low flame)
14) This omelette will be fluffy and soft we can see cheese and eggs bursting out.
15) If you don’t like to have this omelette you should follow the techniques shown for second Omelette in my video.
16) Make sure to remove second omelette from kadai after eggs a completely cooked. This omelette take around 15 minutes to cook in medium flame.
