Today I’d like to show you how to make vegan carrot muffuns. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free and sugar-free. Just YUM!

Recipe:

-Ground flaxseeds- 2tbsp+ 6tbsp water
-Carrot- 90g
-Plant milk- 150ml
-Coconut oil- 50g
-Maple syrup- 60g or more
-Buckwheat flour – 120g
-Coconut oil- 30g
-Baking powder- 1tsp
-Baking soda- 1tsp
-Apple cider vinegar- 1tbsp
