Chia seeds and oatmeal healthy bread

Ingredients
Chia seeds 2 tablespoons
Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon
Pepita seeds 1 tablespoon
Hemp seeds 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Oatmeal (grind oats in a mixer) 100 gms or 1 cup
Optional if you want to add plain flour 100 gms
You can double oatmeal and exclude wheat flour

Water 1 1/2 cups or 150 mil
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon

Mix all the ingredients ( if dough is still quite thick then add little more water).
Let it rest between 1-2 hours.

Bake at 200 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes or longer if you want to brown it more.

Let it cool down before slicing it.
