√√Ingredients

besan floor
maida floor
rava / sooji
curd
baking powder
baking soda
salt
green chilli paste
dhaniya powder
onion chopped
tomato chopped
carrot
coriander
palak/ spinach

√√√Procedure

Combine all ingredients together
add water proportionately and mix them to make a smooth batter
now take a pan and brush it with oil then prepare omlette with batter ( omlette is not to be thin it should be thick) .. Cook it both sides
Now you can serve it hot
No need of chutney

Tasty and healthy breakfast is ready to serve
