Vegetarian, Yeast-Free, Protein Honey Bread

Ingredients

2½ cups sprouted spelt flour
½ cup sprouted garbanzo bean flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. unrefined sea salt
2 cups organic, humanely raised buttermilk or non dairy milk alternative
¼ cup raw, unprocessed honey
2 T. coconut oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan
3. combine dry ingredients and sift
4. combine wet ingredients
5. Bake at 325 for 45 to 60 min.
until brown and pulls away from the sides.
6. Cool
