Today we are sharing how to make a very crispy and nutritious breakfast/snack recipe using Poha. Plain poha we all make but this Poha cutlet recipe is different and is a unique way to prepare tasty snack.

Ingredients:
Poha (Flaked Rice) – 100 gms
Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Chopped Ginger, Garlic – 1/2 tsp each
Coriander Seeds powder – 1 tsp
Spring Onions chopped – 1/2 cup
Spinach chopped – 1/2 cup
Sliced Onions – 1/2 cup
Salt, Red chilli, Amchur powder – As per taste
Asfoetida (Hing) – a pinch
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Wash poha and soak for 5 minutes. Mash it properly.
2. Add all ingredients and prepare dough.
3. Prepare cutlets in desired shape.
4. Shallow fry or deep fry till crisp.
5. Serve hot with chutney of choice.
