Ingredients:
Raagi Flour – 1 Cup
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds/Jeera – 1/4 Teaspoon
Green Chilli – 1
Onion, chopped – 1 small size
Carrot, grated – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Few cut curry leaves
Chopped Coriander leaves – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Hot Water – 3/4 Cup to 1 Cup
Oil to toast and cook
