Quinoa Salad recipe/How to cook quinoa

Ingredients for cooked quinoa:
-1 cup quinoa
-2 cup water
-1/2 tsp salt

This recipe makes 3 cups of cooked quinoa.

How to cook Quinoa:
1) Wash your quinoa properly before cooking, if they are not prewashed.
2) Cooking ratio for quinoa is 1:2 means 1 part quinoa and 2 parts of water.
3) Add quinoa, water, and salt to the pot and bring it to a boil.
4) Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover it, and cook it until all the water is absorbed.
5)Once all the water is absorbed, remove the pot from the heat, cover it and let the quinoa steam for 5 minutes
6)Let it cool down completely and make the salad.

Ingredients for salad:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped avocado
1/4 cup chopped mango
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp green chili chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp walnuts

Mix all the ingredients together to combine well.
Drizzle Sriracha sauce on top.
