Egg Cheese Sandwich

Egg Cheese Sandwich Recipe… A very nice and delicious sandwich recipe which can be made in very short time… You can use more vegetables according to your taste.. These sandwiches are very healthy and complete meal… Can be used for as snacks and also you can give these sandwiches in your kids lunch boxes… You can use mayonnaise or chilli garlic sauce with sandwich… Enjoy these sandwiches in cold evenings of winter with Tea And Coffee.

Passive Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
– White Bread – 9 pieces
– Mozzarella Cheese – 3 Pieces
– Oil (as required)
– Eggs – 4
– Onion – 1/2 cup (chopped)
– Tomato – 1 medium size (chopped)
– Cabbage – 1/2 cup (chopped)
– Green Chilli – 1 teaspoon (chopped)
– Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Salt (as taste)
– Mayonnaise (as required)

Instructions:
1. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them.
2. Add Onion , Tomato , Green chilli , Cabbage, Red chilli and Salt in eggs.
3. Mix all ingredient very well.
4. Add oil to a pan and heat it.. Pour the eggs mixture in oil and allow to cook.
5. Flip it and fry until the egg mixture is completely cooked.
6. Now cut this omelette in four square pieces.
7. Place a one piece of omelette on a bread slice.
8. Place 2nd bread slice on a pan and place one slice of cheese until the cheeze melts. Cover with 3rd bread slice.
9. Server with fries, ketchup and cup of tea or coffee.
