First thing I prep is always Tofu! I’m showing how to prepare tofu, two delicious tofu marinades and how i air fry my tofu to be so scrumptious, we love to eat tasty tofu, its great for a high protein vegan snack, its great to add to wraps, salads, budha bowls, and cooked recipes like curries and soups, The yummiest way to make delicious jacket potatoes so they are ready for easy vegan breakfasts, lunches or dinners, I love Vegan food cooked and ready to eat in my fridge.
My favorite easy and quick way to make a vegan potato salad for plant based snacking. Potatoes are in season and are a fantatic nutritious budget vegan food, its great to take to BBQ’s and parties, its ideal for lunch boxes and as a plant based side salad.
My yummy nutritious vegan sweetcorn courgette fritters, these are very nutritious, super crispy, are made with zero oil and are full of protein and my favorite way to make a delicious vegan high protein oil free Satay dipping sauce, These sweetcorn fritters are ideal for lunch boxes, breakfasts and snacks.
And todays final vegan recipe we are prepping is an easy slow cooker plant based recipe of budget mixed beans and soya mince tvp, so easy and such a cheap, great value effortless vegan recipe. Jjust throw the ingredients in the slow cooker, this is such a budget vegan recipe, this is lovely to have ready in freezer and pair with rice, pasta, add to nachos or use in tacos. I love to have many easy vegan freezer meals ready for busy days, i love to have plant based breakfasts ready to eat, taking zero time to prep in a morning.
Today’s recipes are all dairy free and gluten free, vegan, plant based, vegetarian, nutritious and delicious, i love only the tastiest vegan food!
