These are healthy and easy to make, banana bread recipe that is moist and delicious, you can eat it as breakfast or as a snack. You can enjoy these with any kind of butter, I prefer regular butter or peanut butter, and it’s really good with coffee. You can also pack these as a dessert in your lunch box or you can make it to a picnic, whatever you like.

Here is the recipe:
– 3 ripped bananas
– 3 eggs
– 2 – 3 tablespoon coconut oil
– 2 dl (1 cup) oat flower
– 1 dl (1/2 cup) almond, coconut or regular flower
– 1/2 dl (3/4 cup) coconut sugar (optional)
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degree Celsius or 325 F
Mash the bananas with a fork and ad in the eggs and coconut oil
Ad then in al the dry ingredients: oat flower, coconut flower (almond flower), coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt.
Put some coconut oil in a baking dish, use a small one to get a thicker banana bread. Then transfer the batch into the baking dish, spread it evenly.
Put it in the oven for 40-50 min, check with a fork if it’s done.
Let it cool for a little bit 10-15 min
