Skinny Guacamole Toast Recipe By Risa – Healthy Breakfast Ideas

*My entire recipe is only 4 smart points!!!*

Ingredients:
1 tortillas or toast (any Carb) 1sp
2 tbs or more Risa’s Guacamole (check my recipe! Or use any kind) 1sp
15 gms or more light feta cheese 1sp
1 tbs or more fresh arugala (optional)
1 tbs fresh parsley (optional)
5 or six small grape tomatoes (optional) OR any kind
1/4tsp or more olive oil (plain or flavoured) 1sp
Add: black olives or olive spread is delicious!!

Directions :

I love to toast my bread or tortillas
Add your homemade Risa’s Guacamole or store bought to the toast or tortillas. Spread evenly
Add your arugala
Add feta cheese
Add tomatoes
Add parsley
Add olive oil

Optional :
add lemon or lime juice
Add olives

Enjoy for any meal!
Double, triple, etc.. For any occasion and company
Make on melba toast or crackers and serve as an appetizer too!! Why not!! 😜
