Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Oats
Finely chopped Green chilli,Onion,Tomato, Capsicum,Coriander leaves.
Grated Carrot.
1tspn Turmeric
1 tspn Red chilli powder.
Salt as per taste.
3/4rth cup Wheat flour/ Chick pea flour.
