Today we’re taking on a low calorie korean bbq meal prep. This meal prep is one of my absolute favorites because the marinade can be used across many different proteins to help give you awesome low calorie meals that should suit your nutritional needs. If you’re not quite on a bulk then id suggest go and enjoy a full rack of real korean bbq. BUT if you need to cut some of those calories back this korean bbq recipe will definitely give you the flavor and protein to suit your macros. This is a super easy meal prep to keep in your arsenal and can be customized based on your palette! As always recipe is at the bottom of the description box.

EASY MEAL PREP l Korean BBQ Recipe Low Calorie Meals
80g swerve brown sugar
230g SF apple sauce
40-60g of lite soy sauce / coconut aminos
4g onion powder (i personally like to double up on the onion. Free to adjust to your liking)
4g garlic (again same as onion powder I like to double up on the garlic. Free to adjust to your liking)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix with:
32oz 96/4 ground beef (once mixed with marinade let sit for 15-20min)
Swap out protein of your choice (if using chicken/turkey I’d suggest letting them marinade for 30mins for best flavor)
40g Sliced Onions
1/2 tbsp fresh garlic
10g green onions
Recipe creates 5 servings (each serving 6.5 oz)

Fat 35g
