Multigrain bread

Yeast 2 tablespoon
1 cup worm milk
2 Egg whites
1 tablespoon sugar
Keep aside for 5 minutes
Wheat flour 10 table spoon
Almond flour 6 table spoon
Sorghum flour 6 table spoon
Besan 6 tablespoon
Ragi flour 6 tablespoon
Salt
Mix it properly
Barley flour 5 tablespoon
Knit the dough
Cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours
Flaxseed 2 table spoon
Sesame seed 2 table spoon
Watermelon seed 2 table spoon
Sunflower seed 2 table spoon
2 table spoon olive oil
Knit it
Add half amount of seed mixture
Take a baking tray
Keep butter paper
Brush olive oil
Add seed mixture
Add flour mixture
Add seeds
Cover and keep aside for 45 minutes
Bake in 180°C for 20 minutes
Cut into pieces
Your Healthy multigrain bread is ready
