sharing 4 of my favorite “recipes” for quick, lazy, easy, yummy, healthy lunch ideas to incorporate into a busy day or for the ultra-horrible chefs like yours truly. also a gentle reminder that i incorporate each of these recipes into my full day of eating – which includes a full breakfast, morning snack, afternoon snack, dinner, and dessert (*ALWAYS dessert hehe*) – and for reference, i typically eat anywhere from 2000-2200 calories each day! always trust your body and do what is best for you! if you don’t typically have snacks for example, i would add in filling and yummy sides to any of these recipes 🙂
